An ideal rectangular wooden bed for vegetables or flowers. Big enough to grow a good range of plants but small enough to squeeze into a narrow space, the height makes it easier to reach your crops, while also making them safe from rabbits.

WoodBlocX raised beds, boxes and planters can be a great way to take the stress out of your gardening. With dimensions of 1500 x 750 x 450 mm there’s room to be creative, both in their use and their location. That little extra height can make weeding and harvesting so much easier and much more enjoyable. Because they’re raised, your back won’t be troubled when working around the plants inside them.

Soft Ground (Ground Spikes)
What type of ground surface are you building on? ?

* For grass and soil select 'Soft ground'
** For paving, tarmac or decking select 'Hard ground'

* When building on soft ground your kit will include Ground Spikes to secure your structure to the ground - these are 400mm galvanised steel spikes that are installed through the first layer of your design.

** When building on hard ground your kit will include Angle Floor Brackets to secure your structure to the ground - these are galvanised steel L-shape brackets with 4 screws that attach to the first layer of your design. You will need to source a suitable fixing to attach the bracket to your hard ground type.
Would you like to add crop protectors? ?

Our crop protectors are Ø16mm hollow steel rods with a natural rust finish which are used to create height-adjustable netted growing areas in raised beds (1200mm tall with a 40mm diameter sphere on top). Fixing brackets, adjustable collars and screws included per rod. We DO NOT supply netting.

Each rod costs an additional £10 and our system automatically calculates how many your design requires when you select ‘Yes’ on this option.

Alternatively, to choose your own quantity, you can add Crop Protectors individually to your order.
Do you require a protective liner? (+£30) ?

To maximise the lifespan of your structure we strongly recommend you install a protective liner to provide a damp-proof barrier between WoodBlocX timber and soil. Learn about how to install a liner.

When you select ‘Yes’ on this option your kit will include 1 x liner per structure (4 x 5 metres, 20m2) which is made from 100% recycled plastic and costs an additional £30.

When ordering multiple raised beds with the same dimensions, if you select 'Yes' on this option, each kit will include a liner i.e Qty x 2 = 2 liners included.  

Alternatively, to choose your own quantity of liner, you can add Protective Liners individually to your order.
