Effortlessly build your dream garden pond
WoodBlocX above ground ponds are suitable for fish or for creating a beautiful wildlife habitat in your garden. Our award-winning wooden blocks are lightweight and easy to build with so you can go from bare ground to garden pond in just a day!
Our clever modular system uses recycled plastic dowels at each level to join the BlocX together and the whole structure is pinned to the ground using ground spikes or heavy-duty angle brackets - this makes WoodBlocX free standing ponds a strong and long-lasting product.
We sell pond liners and building tools separately that you can add to your basket when you order.
The naturally golden colour of our raised ponds will last for several years before fading to a silver-grey. WoodBlocX structures can be painted with any good-quality exterior wood paint.
A better alternative to railway sleepers
Unlike using railway sleepers to create a wooden garden pond, WoodBlocX requires no heavy lifting, cutting or power tools to build (construction can be performed by a single person!).
Made from sustainable Scottish pine blocks, WoodBlocX raised pond kits are suitable for building on any surface including grass, tarmac, decking and patios. Our pressure-treated timber is safe and suitable for fish pond projects and won't leak creosotes like old reclaimed sleepers.

We offer two options for pond liners which are sold separately to your pond kit. You can buy our PVC pond liner online for ponds under 1.875m in size (which will need cutting to install) or get in touch with us for a custom-fit liner quote (either Butyl or EPDM).
Unfortunately, we do not sell water, pond pumps, filter systems or overflow equipment but we can help you calculate your pond's water volume.
